Beyond the county-wide chipper days, additional chipper days are part of the MWPA Work Plan for the Novato community.
The Curbside Chipper Program provides a free service to residents within Marin County who can register with FireSafe Marin or a participating member agency to request that a chipper visit their property to chip and remove vegetation that homeowners have cut, gathered, and piled roadside. This service is intended to support residents who are creating defensible space around their homes.
Find out when a Chipper Day is coming to your Marin County neighborhood and pre-register. Pre-registration is required and must be completed no later than the Friday preceding the week of your neighborhood's scheduled service.
