Citizens Oversight Committee Recruitment

The Citizens' Oversight Committee of the MarinWildfire Prevention Authority is recruiting for committee member assignments representing the following groups:

          Represented Groups Recruiting for 3-year Terms

                    Environmental, Novato, Taxpayers

          Represented Groups Recruiting for 2-year Terms

                    Civic Organizations

*Note: Assignments for each represented group follow a staggered annual recruitment cycle with three (3) positions setto expire each year.  The Civic Group assignment is a special recruitment due to an unexpected vacancy and will serve a two-year term to expire according to its recruitment cycle in 2024.

Please click on the link below to be considered for appointment to the Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority’s Citizens’ Oversight Committee. The recruitment period will remain open from November 1 through November 30, 2022, after which time an ad hoc selection subcommittee will meet in earlyDecember to make a recommendation to the full MWPA Board of Directors for appointment. The MWPA Board of Directors is the appointing authority. (Note:Asterisks (*) indicate required fields of entry.)
