Wildfire Risk Perceptions Survey (formerly Knowledge & Attitudes Survey)

This project includes design and implementation of community surveys to measure knowledge and attitudes regarding issues related to wildfire risk reduction. The design process would include collaboration with community groups that represent all demographics in Marin (and begin addressing challenges around equity and inclusion) and would focus on understanding baseline knowledge and perspectives of wildfire risk in Marin County among diverse communities. Results of this study would be primarily used to enhance strategies for community engagement and measure public perception of MWPA work under each of its five goals.
